Hi, thanks for being here! I’m Megan, a Chicago-based landscape painter.
Originally from the midwest, to San Francisco, and back, I draw inspiration from the beautiful places I’ve been lucky to visit and live through the years. Working in oils, I embrace a style that is both loose and representational; distinct, energetic brushstrokes remain visible, giving life and movement to my subjects. I aim to capture the depth of connection, vibrancy, and joy a landscape evokes when it takes you back to the special moments you've spent there.
